Shipping

  • At this time, our treats are only available in the U.S. and Canada.

  • Once a package has been shipped, it is beyond our control. If a package is returned to us because the wrong address is entered you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that the shipping times displayed at checkout do not include order processing times.

    You will receive a shipping notification email when your order has shipped.

    All delivery dates are estimates as we ship our order through a third party (USPS, Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc) and we do not ship on non-business days or bank holidays.

  • Should your order arrive damaged, please send us a photo and your order number to info@shoplucapets.com within 48 hours. These are handled on a case-by-case basis but we will do our best to resolve them.

    Since we rely on shipping companies to ship our products, we do not have control over minor damage.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $65 with code FREESHIP. A flat rate of $5 shipping fee will be applied for all other orders.

  • We offer flat rate shipping to Canada for $21. Customers will be responsible for paying any taxes, duties and customs fees.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on our products. All sales are final.
